M3M launches ultra luxury housing project “Altitude” in Gurugram with top line of Rs 4,000 crore

The Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer M3M Group has started work on its ultra-luxury housing project on Gurugram’s Golf Course Road Extension. The company asserted that its potential revenue is Rs 4,000 crore.
Situated near the Trump Towers, the “M3M Altitute” project takes up four acres of land. It is a part of the exclusive 60-acre M3M Golf Estate community. The project is approximately one million square feet in total saleable area.
According to the company, the housing project will be finished by 2031 and will have cost Rs 1,200 crore in development. 350 ultra-luxury residences will be included, and tickets will cost between Rs 10 crore and Rs 30 crore.

In recent years, Golf Course Extension Road (GCRE) has emerged as Gurugram’s most sought-after address for luxurious residences, leading to a notable surge in demand and a substantial annual price appreciation of up to 40%. Forecasts indicate that the average price will continue to rise, reaching over Rs 50,000 per square foot over the next three years, after reaching over Rs 20,000 per square foot in 2023. According to M3M Group President of Sales Sudeep Bhatt, “M3M is revealing its newest masterpiece, reaffirming its status in the luxury real estate industry.”
The company states that the apartments in the project will be penthouses with floor plans ranging from 3780 to 8000 square feet and 4 BHK units (plus a servant room).
